Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship across India and to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will tell you whether we can deliver there.

Delivery charges
Delivery within India is free. For orders outside India, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on the site include sales tax for Indian orders.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Ahmedabad within [1–2] working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Typical delivery after dispatch:
- Metro cities in India: [3–5] working days
- Rest of India: [5–8] working days
- Outside India: [10–20] working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays by the courier, weather or customs are outside our control, but we will help you track and chase any delayed parcel.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email (and SMS, if you gave a mobile number) when the order is dispatched. Our courier partners for India are [courier names].

Packing
Skeleton models and bone sets are fragile. Each piece is wrapped individually and packed in a box with protective material, so it arrives ready to use.

Damaged or missing items
Please open the parcel on the day it arrives and check it. If anything is broken or missing, email photos of the parcel and the item to xbonzofficial@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87330 63010 within [48 hours] of delivery, and we will replace the item at no cost. Our return and refund policy has the details.

Orders outside India: duties and taxes
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes in the destination country are not included in the price or the shipping charge and are payable by the recipient to the courier or customs authority. [If you want to pay these yourself instead, change this paragraph.]

Address changes
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel is with the courier, address changes may not be possible.

Digital products
Access to the online Anatomy Lab is not shipped. It is activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed; nothing is posted.
